The 5 most beautiful streets in Valetta, Malta


Golden stone buildings, ornate churches, colorful balconies and sparkling sea – Malta’s capital Valletta may be tiny, but it’s full of charm. Valletta is the perfect place to walk around – small enough not to get lost, not too much traffic, lots of hilly, beautiful streets and hidden churches to discover. Many of the original 16th century buildings have been converted into restaurants and boutique hotels. There are also many sidewalk cafes where you can grab a coffee and pastizzi (a local puff pastry).

In my search for places worth seeing in Valletta, I kept stumbling across the same photos of beautiful alleys – but unfortunately no street name was given. So I went in search of them myself:
